If you request to cancel an order for personal reasons before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts (excluding shipping and taxes) may apply where permitted by law. If you request a return for personal reasons within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Custom-made or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law and any restrictions disclosed before purchase.
