3. Products & Pricing

Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD or your selected currency and may change without notice. Confirmed order prices will not be affected by subsequent changes.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
Product Accessories: Die-cast cars, figures, and accessories shown in promotional images are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payments

Payment Methods: We accept supported credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email after placing an order. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law.
Order Cancellations: Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting service@whimoment.com.

For cancellations due to personal reasons, a 10% cancellation fee based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes, may apply where permitted by law.

No cancellation fee applies to cancellations caused by our error, inability to fulfill an order, or the exercise of statutory cancellation rights that prohibit such fees.

Custom-made or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law and restrictions disclosed before purchase.

5. Shipping & Returns

International Orders: Customers are generally responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges unless otherwise stated or required by law.
30-Day Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all accessories included.
Personal Returns: Customers generally cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed issue.
Custom Products: Personalized products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
Consumer Rights: Eligible EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. No cancellation penalty applies when exercising this right. Refunds and delivery charge reimbursements will follow applicable law. Mandatory rights in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions remain unaffected.
