If you request to cancel an order for personal reasons before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts (excluding shipping and taxes) may apply where permitted by law. No cancellation fee applies to orders canceled due to our error or where statutory cancellation rights require otherwise.

If you request a return for personal reasons within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed issue.

Custom-made or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law and any restrictions disclosed before purchase.
